Cancellation Policy

Life gets busy and appointments sometimes need to shift. This page sets out how we handle cancellations, rebookings and missed appointments for our mobile windscreen work throughout Parramatta and the surrounding suburbs.
Rescheduling Your Appointment
Moving your booking to another time is free when you give us a heads-up beforehand:
- More than 24 hours notice: Rearrange to any open slot at no charge
- Same-day changes: We will try our hardest to fit you in, depending on where our technicians are that day
Just give us a ring on (02) 8111 5921 and we will lock in a new time that suits you.
Cancellation Notice
We simply ask for fair warning if you need to call off your appointment:
- 24+ hours notice: Cancel with no fee at all
- Less than 24 hours: A small cancellation fee may apply to cover the travel already arranged
- Very short notice: A cancellation fee may apply — we will let you know of any fee at the time you book, so there are no surprises
Genuine emergencies come up, and we get that. If something urgent has happened, just talk to us and we will sort it out with you.
No-Shows
We treat it as a no-show when:
- Our technician turns up at the agreed spot and time, but you or the vehicle are not there
- We cannot get to the vehicle (for example a locked gate or no parking access)
- We are unable to reach you within about 15 minutes of the booked time
When a no-show happens, a cancellation or call-out fee may apply to cover the technician's travel and time. Any such fee is flagged to you when you book. We will always try to phone you before we leave the location.
Weather and Delays
Fitting a windscreen safely depends on the right conditions so the adhesive cures properly:
- Rain: A job may need to move to another day if we cannot keep the work area dry
- Extreme heat: We might shift the timing to dodge the peak midday heat, which can affect how the adhesive sets
- Delays on our end: If weather or something unexpected forces us to reschedule, we will let you know quickly and bump you to a priority rebooking at no extra cost
Parts Availability
Now and then we need to move a booking if the exact glass for your car has not landed from our suppliers yet. When that happens we will get in touch ahead of your appointment and set a fresh date once the part is in. There is never a charge for rescheduling caused by parts availability.
Insurance Claim Cancellations
If you are still waiting on your insurer and the claim gets held up or knocked back, tell us as early as you can. There is no fee to cancel a booking that hinged on insurance approval, as long as you let us know before we send a technician your way.
Refund Policy
Once a job is finished:
- A refund applies where there is a fault covered by our warranty
- We do not refund simply because you have had a change of heart after the work is done
- If you are not happy with the result, get in touch and we will put it right
Where a deposit or upfront payment has been made:
- Deposits are refunded in full when you cancel with more than 24 hours notice
- For late cancellations, your deposit can be carried over to a future booking or held to offset a cancellation fee
