The terms below apply whenever you book Windscreen Repairs Parramatta to work on your vehicle. By engaging us, you agree to be bound by them, so please take a moment to read through them.

1. Definitions

"We", "Us", "Our" refers to Windscreen Repairs Parramatta.
"You", "Your", "Customer" refers to the person or entity engaging our services.
"Services" refers to windscreen repair, replacement, and related automotive glass services.
"Vehicle" refers to the motor vehicle on which services are performed.

2. Service Agreement

When you book us in, you agree to:

Give us accurate details about your vehicle and the damage
Make sure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed place and time
Authorise us to carry out the quoted work
Settle the agreed price once the work is done

3. Quotes and Pricing

Unless we say otherwise, a quote holds for 14 days.
Quotes rest on the details you give us and may change if we find extra damage on the day.
Our pricing includes GST unless noted otherwise.
We may revise a quote if the vehicle or damage turns out to differ from what was first described.

4. Payment Terms

Payment falls due once the work is finished, unless we have agreed something else beforehand.
We take cash, credit and debit cards, and bank transfers.
For insurance jobs, we can bill your insurer directly once you authorise it.
Amounts left unpaid after 14 days may attract additional collection costs.

5. Service Warranty

Our work is backed by warranty, as set out in our Warranty Policy. In short:

Our workmanship is guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle.
The glass we fit is covered by the manufacturer's own warranty.
Warranty does not extend to damage from accidents, misuse or outside factors.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Giving our technician safe, adequate access to your vehicle
Letting us know about any modifications or special requirements up front
Following the aftercare advice we give you, such as waiting periods before driving
Telling us straight away if anything is not right with the finished work

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is capped at the cost of the work we carried out.
We are not responsible for damage or defects that were already present on the vehicle.
We are not liable for delays caused by things outside our control, like weather or parts supply.
Any claim needs to be raised within a reasonable time of you noticing the issue.

9. Insurance Claims

When we run an insurance claim for you, you authorise us to deal with your insurer on your behalf. You stay responsible for any policy excess or amounts your cover does not include. Our Insurance Claims page explains how it all works.

10. Intellectual Property

Everything on this website, from the words and images to the logos and design, belongs to Windscreen Repairs Parramatta and is protected under Australian copyright and trademark law.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in full in our Privacy Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

Got a complaint or a disagreement? Talk to us first and we will do our best to sort it out fairly and reasonably. If we still cannot see eye to eye, the matter can be referred to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) or another appropriate body.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New South Wales courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Any changes apply from the moment they appear on this page, and continuing to use our services means you accept the updated terms.
